New Planning Applications in Basildon

Basildon Council has recently received a number of new planning applications, with one of the most notable being a proposal for 850 homes. This development could potentially be built on green belt land between Pitsea and North Benfleet. The environmental impact assessment (EIA) has been submitted as part of the initial stage of the planning application. The proposed mini-village would be located on open space off Homestead Road in Bowers Gifford.
